Ready to find your dream car?

Go back through your questions and count up how many of each letter you picked, whichever one is in the majority is the type of vehicle best suited to you.

Answered Mainly A: You should buy a 4x4, SUV or Pickup Truck. You need a machine that’s enjoyable to drive, can put up with hard graft and handles well off-road. Depending on your budget, there are plenty of good options here – the most popular are:

  • Land Rover Range Rover
  • Mitsubishi L200
  • BMW X5
  • Toyota Landcruiser
  • Dacia Duster

Mainly said B: Let’s be honest, you’re not really a car person. You need one to get around but you don’t care about BHP, MPG or sleek looks. You need something practical to get from A to B with plenty of room for all the family. A good choice for you is a saloon or estate car, such as:

  • Ford Mondeo
  • Kia Ceed
  • Skoda Octavia
  • Volvo S60

C was the most common answer: You’re a city dweller who needs a car to nip across town, park in small places and generally be a good little runner. Having low running costs and good fuel efficiency is a massive selling factor for you. A small hatchback or city car is ideally what you should buy, take a look at:

  • Honda Jazz
  • Mitsubishi Mirage
  • Toyota Aygo
  • Volkswagen Up
  • Citroen C1

All Ds: You’re a petrol head through and through. You want a flashy car that goes like stink and is incredible to behold. Not only do you value a powerful engine and firm handling, you want something a little bit different that’s really going to turn some heads. These are the cars for you:

  • Porsche 911
  • Bently Continental GTC
  • Aston Martin Rapide
  • Morgan Aero
  • Jaguar XJ Series
