@OptimumHelp It asks for my login then takes me to the dashboard. The mail icon goes away once logged in on the internet tab

@OptimumHelp It ask for his password. I went through the link and tried optimum imap & pop settings. Also the suddenlink imap/pop settings. Still can't login as it fails the test

@optimum is the worst company ever scheduled a tech to be here from 10am-8pm today and they legit cancel our appointment and changed it to wednsday without out concent saying my dad logged in at 2:08pm to change it when all he did was check status accounts appoint still active

@optimum is literally the worst service provider. I've tried multiple times to change/upgrade my service No one has a clue what is going on and all they do is transfer you to their retention department which is BS since they have a monopoly in mine and most areas

@OptimumHelp looks like Optimum recently changed the graphics. Since then, when you pause recording and then go to continue, it tells you that it was a problem you’ve got it click OK get out of the recording then go back in. Can that be looked into, please.

So my internet has been going in and out, replaced the modem with a brand new one, new routers, and still is doing it. Scheduled a tech to come out today, and now they are saying I don’t have anything scheduled? @optimum fix this please!
