Few weeks ago we were reading the story of Hansel and Gretel. Like any other child, as soon as Hansel and Gretel reached the gingerbread house, Tiffany’s face lit up and you could tell how much she’d enjoy finding a house made of gingerbread and cakes, with windows made of clear sugar and candy all over the place. “that’s amazing” she kept telling me!

Now the good mom in me, decided to surprise Tiffany next day by skipping the school work and focusing on a gingerbread house!

Although my intentions were good, my patience was running thin so I did what every other mom in my shoes would do. Make enough cookie dough to have one house and use PEEPS® to finish our holiday decor.

I actually love it! I keep asking myself why didn’t I think about it sooner!!

But not to worry! You’re lucky I’m sharing this with you today, because today is the day! The day this year’s 24 days of PEEPSONALITY starts!

On their Advent Calendaryou’ll find, not one, not two, but 24 holiday inspired recipes using PEEPS!

Also, today I’m going to keep things simple and not talk as much as I usually do because this is probably the post with the most photos in the history of this blog! But I knew I just had to take more photos than the usual beauty shots as you’re used to! Explaining using only words how to cut your cookie dough and build your house is not as easy as I thought. So I made another gingerbread house and then another one just so I can take step by step photos. I hope you like it!
